About The Position

Reworld is currently seeking a Non-CDL Driver that will be responsible for the safe transportation of non-hazardous materials within the landfill or to designated disposal areas using company-provided vehicles that do not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). The driver will also assist with site operations and general labor duties as needed.

Requirements

Valid PA driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL not required.
Prior experience in waste, construction, or industrial driving preferred.
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Basic understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

Transport materials safely within or around the landfill.
Load and unload materials and ensure proper load securement in compliance with DOT and facility safety standards.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle issues promptly.
Maintain accurate driver logs, load tickets, and other required records.
Assist with general landfill duties including site cleanup, equipment support, and other operational tasks.
Follow safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient material movement.
