About The Position

Reworld is currently seeking a Non-CDL Driver that will be responsible for the safe transportation of non-hazardous materials within the landfill or to designated disposal areas using company-provided vehicles that do not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). The driver will also assist with site operations and general labor duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid PA driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL not required.
• Prior experience in waste, construction, or industrial driving preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials safely within or around the landfill.
• Load and unload materials and ensure proper load securement in compliance with DOT and facility safety standards.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, load tickets, and other required records.
• Assist with general landfill duties including site cleanup, equipment support, and other operational tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient material movement.
