About The Position
The Driver Non-CDL will be responsible to transport passengers safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of professional driving experience, an excellent safety record, and a strong commitment to customer service. The role requires operating a shuttle vehicle, ensuring passenger safety, and providing friendly and professional service. Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required based on vehicle type).
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to use a tablet or other electronic devices for scheduling and communication.
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs, if required.
- Flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers between designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger logs.
- Utilize a tablet for route navigation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Respond to unexpected situations or delays with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Always maintain a clean and presentable shuttle.
