  • Load and secure products, materials, or supplies inside the delivery vehicle.
  • Deliver customer orders to specified sites and unload materials safely and accurately.
  • Verify order details and maintain logs of delivery duties including amounts, weights, mileage, and locations.
  • Act as a customer service liaison, handling customer concerns and resolving issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles; perform routine safety checks.
  • Use handheld devices to ensure compliance with DVIR and HOS, except while driving.
  • Maintain hours of service logs and perform pre/post trip inspections.
  • May perform credit/product return pick-ups and related paperwork.
  • Operate a forklift or non-motorized material handling equipment to load and offload materials.
  • Understand and observe all safety procedures to prevent injury; attend periodic safety meetings.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials and delivery equipment.
  • Pass MVR report.
  • Obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to read and speak the English language.
