About The Position

The position involves ensuring that customer deliveries are made accurately and on time, adhering to set time parameters. The individual must perform job duties safely and courteously while maintaining an unblemished driving record. Compliance with all company and DOT requirements, including daily documentation, is essential.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and possibly holidays.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Must pass an MVR background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull a wheeled cart of up to 700 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Crothall Laundry Services policies as stated in the employee handbook.
• Be in uniform and maintain a neat appearance every workday.
• Adhere to Crothall Laundry Services attendance policy.
• Keep company equipment clean and organized.
• Report any mechanical issue to chief engineer promptly.
• Follow all universal precautions and procedures while on soil side.
• Maintain all proper DOT documentation and certification.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Load and unload linen carts at both the company's and customer's place of business tagging each one accordingly.
• Completely weigh and fill out all required paperwork/logs and turn in daily.
• Disinfect vehicles after each soil pick up.
• Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Turn in a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily.
• Perform customer deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
