About The Position

Bus Driver / Mine Site Attendant Fly In Fly Out from Perth 14/14 roster - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off Modern village with premium recreation facilities ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organizations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. THE POSITION Safely operate large 50+ seater buses/coaches for personnel transport Conduct pre-start checks and maintain vehicle safety compliance Receive full training to step into the Mine Site Attendant role as required Support day-to-day site operations in line with safety and PTW processes Work within a small, hardworking team with strong supervisory support THE PERSON Hold TLIC1051 – Operate a commercial vehicle Hold a WA Permit to Work (PTW) Hold a HR Driver’s Licence for 12+ months Demonstrated experience driving large passenger coaches (50+ seats) Strong focus on safety, teamwork and communication Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen THE BENEFITS FIFO from Perth with a 2/2 roster All expenses covered while on site (accommodation, meals, uniforms) Access to a modern recreation village including: State-of-the-art gym Sauna & ice baths Swimming pool Arcade & golf simulators Cinema 100+ retail discounts available from your mobile Ongoing training and development opportunities starting from day one. Requirements

• Hold TLIC1051 – Operate a commercial vehicle
• Hold a WA Permit to Work (PTW)
• Hold a HR Driver’s Licence for 12+ months
• Demonstrated experience driving large passenger coaches (50+ seats)
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork and communication
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
