About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join their team. This role involves transporting and replenishing shelves with beverages, acting as a brand ambassador, and delivering products on local routes within communities for consumers to enjoy.

Requirements

Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
Clean Driving Record
Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
Minimum 1-year of general work experience

Nice To Haves

Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus

Responsibilities

Check accuracy and stability of the load
Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
Pick up company property and secure company assets
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
