About The Position

Provado Mobile Health is seeking drivers to transport people to and from their medical appointments in Broward County. This position allows drivers to create their own schedules during business hours, Monday through Friday, and involves prescheduled, standing order member trips with recurring appointments. Drivers will be compensated weekly via direct deposit, earning pay for every member loaded mile completed. This role is classified as a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Must own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition, no older than 15 years.
• Your name must be listed on the registration of the vehicle.
• Must have a clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years.
• No DUI's or suspensions in the last 5 years.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
• Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check with no felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
• Own an Android or iOS Smartphone or be willing to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a complimentary CPR certification course.
• Completion of a complimentary CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course.
• Completion of a complimentary NSC’s Driver Safety Course online.
