Requirements

• 2+ years of logistics or driver management experience
• Strong fleet operations background
• Calm, confident communication and decision-making skills
• Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a fleet of drivers as a true team leader
• Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
• Oversee and support day-to-day operations
• Solve operational challenges quickly and creatively
• Lead with empathy, grit, and accountability
