Requirements

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in map reading and navigation is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently and adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.
  • Passion for leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Safety Advocacy: Promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring driver well-being.
  • Performance Optimization: Strategically assign loads to maximize productivity and revenue.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.
