About The Position
The Driver Manager/Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and resolving issues for drivers and customers. This role requires exceptional communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and driver retention, as well as monitoring freight to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. The position includes an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.
