Requirements

• 2+ years logistics/driver management experience
• Fleet operations background
• Calm, confident communicator and decision-maker
• Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a fleet of drivers like a true team leader
• Drive box trucks as needed (including driver unloads)
• Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
• Travel to remote locations to support and manage operations
• Solve problems fast, creatively, and with heart
• Lead with empathy, grit, and accountability
