Driver / Mover - TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Huntington Beach, CA Part-Time | On-Call | Full Time Growth Opportunity Join our growing team where you'll earn competitive pay while staying active and building experience in the moving industry. This position is for Driver/Movers. This is a part-time, on-call position, with the opportunity to transition into full-time by late June based on performance and business needs. Compensation & Benefits * $20/hour for drivers, $18/hour for movers * Estimated $24-$28/hour with tips * Daily tips, overtime opportunities401(k) retirement plan and paid sick leave for eligible full-time employees * Paid, hands-on training in safe moving techniques * Growth potential into full-time and leadership roles What to Expect * Flexible, on-call scheduling Monday-Sunday * Work available based on demand - ideal for those seeking flexible or supplemental hours * Active, team-based environment * Variety of job sites and customer types * Professional standards and customer-focused service Responsibilities * For Drivers: Safely operate 26-foot box trucks (no CDL required) * Load and unload furniture and household goods * Deliver excellent customer service on-site * Assist with packing, assembly, and job setup/breakdown * Follow safety protocols and team coordination procedures Requirements * Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for drivers) * Physically able to lift and carry 75+ lbs consistently * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Background check required * Experience in moving, warehouse, general labor, or construction is a plus About Us This position is with the independently owned TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise in Huntington Beach, CA, operated by SKYRUS Inc.
