Requirements

Be 21 years or older
Possess a valid Drivers' License and good driving record, NO CDL required
A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
The ability to lift 100 pounds
The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
A friendly personality with customer service skills
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
A commitment to safety and professionalism

Responsibilities

Safely drive a and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck
Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely
Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses
Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move
Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move
Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly
Comply with al DOT and FMCSA regulations
Act as the Team Leader for the moving team, executing a game plan for the move
Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory
Complete the move paperwork and handle customer payment
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
