About The Position

Each shift starts at one of our various truck locations throughout Southern New Jersey (Westville, West Deptford, Sewell, Turnersville, Magnolia, Collingswood, Mt. Laurel) 4 Day Work Week - Full-time employees work 4 of the 6 days we operate (Monday-Sunday) Shifts start at either 7AM or 8AM. No end time is given. Hours will vary daily depending on the needs of the business (Truck Team Members currently averaging 35-40 hours/week with 4 day work week) You'll meet your partner at your assigned location, complete your pre-trip truck inspection, and dispatch to complete your assigned route. You’ll bring your positive attitude to our customers’ homes and businesses and manually remove their unwanted items. You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities

Requirements

• 21+ years of age for Driver positions (insurance purposes). 19+ for non-drivers.
• Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable, hard-working, and a positive attitude!
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous physical labor, customer service, sales, and/or driving experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip truck inspection
