Pay: $70000 - $72000 + annual target bonus Schedule: M - F; day shift (w/ flexibility as needed) Location: Milpitas, CA What your day-to-day will look like:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid class A California state drivers license
  • 2+ years' experience driving a high-cube 24' straight truck (Bobtail)
  • 2+ years' experience moving high-valued electronic equipment
  • Ability to management and complete multiple tasks and projects on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis
  • Ability to work independently and within a group and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in many different situations and environments such as warehouse, lab, professional office, event or trade show floor
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Computer experience including working knowledge of computer applications and mobile technology such as Microsoft Office Suite, Archibus, Outlook
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery and Pickup Delivery and Pickup of High Value Equipment to and from Client site to JLL Facilities
  • Order fulfillment processing
  • Inventory Management
  • Data Entry/Database Updates using Archibus and SAP Technology
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records with 98% accuracy
  • Working knowledge of clients equipment and how it is applied/deployed
  • Creation of shipment documentation require for inventory reservations
  • Preparation of equipment for removal from campus
  • Preparation of equipment to be processed by warehouse team
  • Warehouse audits; inventory updates
  • Equipment standard updates
  • Creation of Shipment Documentation for both Domestic and International shipment thought GSA tool, Carnet Tool, or Commercial Invoice
  • Validating shipments to shipment documentation for 100% accuracy of shipments
  • Stand-up Forklift Certified
  • Pick/pull of assets
  • Stocking of assets
  • Palletization of equipment
  • Packing assets for shipping
  • Wrap/Strap/Band Pallets; lifting heavy items necessary
