About The Position
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Driver Instructor to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio area ! This role focuses strictly on behind-the-wheel (BTW) instruction — no classroom teaching required. Position Overview: As a Driver Instructor, you will provide hands-on driving instruction to students, helping them build safe driving habits, confidence, and road readiness.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Driver Instructor Certification (REQUIRED)
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities
- Conduct behind-the-wheel driving sessions with students
- Evaluate driving performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all instruction follows Ohio state safety and licensing standards
