About The Position

Watco is seeking Independent Contractors with Sprinter type Vans to serve as Route Drivers in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. This role involves local deliveries to both residential and business locations, primarily from Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work during peak periods. The position requires the contractor to own a Sprinter van and manage deliveries efficiently.

Requirements

• Must own a Sprinter type van.
• Up to date Android or iOS smartphone.
• Customer service oriented attitude.
• Superior work ethic.
• An EIN (Employer Identification Number).
• General Liability insurance ($1M), Commercial Auto insurance ($300K - $1M), and Cargo insurance ($75K).

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to residential and business locations in the Pittsburgh area.
• Manage local deliveries efficiently and safely.
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs as per the schedule.
