About The Position

Summary: Responsible for hauling FET tools from plant site to customer location. May treat customer wells. Handles special projects, as assigned. Job Duties/Responsibilities Perform work in a professional and safe manner, report unsafe work practices Safely and efficiently, operate a motor vehicle in compliance with Forum Energy Technologies polices as well as Federal and State Regulations. Maintain driver logs in accordance with Federal regulations Verify that all permits and other paperwork required to transport the load are received before departure Report any delays due immediately to dispatch and customer. Delays could be experienced due to breakdowns, weather, or traffic conditions. Turn in all expenses in a timely manner with any other requested reports and or paper work. Report all incidents/ accidents immediately to dispatch Meet all customer requirements when on their locations Forklift certified preferred Pulling and packing finished goods in warehouse when not on local deliveries Perform occasional lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying small components Couple and uncouple trailers from trucks Load and unload trailers at facility and customer locations Inspect truck and trailer for defects and safe operating condition before each trip. Submit a written report of any defects or problems with the truck or trailer at the end of each trip Verify all shipping papers are signed and submitted in a timely manner Navigate truck to destination in accordance with Federal regulations May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Skills/Knowledge Apply knowledge of commercial driving skills in maneuvering vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations such as heavy traffic, inclement weather, or constricted locations. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. CDL license preferred Valid drivers license Experience 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred but not required Oilfield experience preferred but not required. Oversize load experience required. Flatbed or equipment transportation required. Crane Operator Experience preferred This is a safety-sensitive position. Requirements

Apply knowledge of commercial driving skills in maneuvering vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations such as heavy traffic, inclement weather, or constricted locations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Oversize load experience required
Flatbed or equipment transportation required

Nice To Haves

Forklift certified preferred

3 years of commercial driving experience preferred but not required
