The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hotel housekeeping and thrive on being responsible for delivering excellence in service. Must have strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to provide intuitive service to pay close attention to details.

  • Must be able to work independently and effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations, while maintaining composure and objectivity.

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess strong organizational time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work cohesively with colleagues both within and outside of the department.
  • Must be physically fit to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment up to 75 lbs. occasionally to complete assigned job tasks.
  • Requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.

Responsibilities

  • Share the common concept – people who believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Follow company brand standards.
  • Assist other departments, as necessary i.e., Engineering, Guest Relations, Onboarding, and Marketing.
  • Always demonstrate a high level of customer service.
  • Handle various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment.
  • Maintain linen and toiletry inventory.
  • Promptly respond to and execute requests made by other departments.
  • Deliver and/or set up amenities.
  • Deliver guest requests and residence replacement items.
  • Deliver and set up cribs, roll-ways beds, extra beds, etc.
  • Pick up, drop off, or receive linen supplies from laundry and neatly stock linen closets.
  • Drive and maintain LRMB vehicle.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, clean, and ready for use.
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
  • And any other duties needed to help fulfill our Mission and abide by our Organization’s Values.
