Job Summary The Driver – Hiker will be responsible for the duties involving the accurate delivery and pickup of WM trucks at various locations within an Area. This role will be working to support the Fleet Maintenance team and their trucks. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow appropriate safety procedures while driving trucks to required destinations Comply with company / state / federal regulations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain complete and accurate documentation to support all trip activity Ensure complete and accurate pick up or delivery Adding fuel to vehicles following all safety procedures Report all accidents / injuries to supervisor Report all unsafe conditions to supervisor Communicate all breakdowns or potential late deliveries to supervisor III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications No experience Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last seven (7) years B.
