About The Position

The Role We are looking to hire a highly efficient driver helper to assist company drivers with all deliveries. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Shred cardboard materials for use as packaging Stacking and storing pallets Lifting repetitively up to 50lbs Keeps company grounds free of litter and debris Sweep and maintain warehouse clutter free Accompanies drivers to help unload freight at customer locations Open to learning new things Complies with Company safety procedures in the workplace other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs frequently
• Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work as a team member-works as a co-worker
• Communicator- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
• Ability to solve routine problems and solve basic math
• Ability to understand and follow all safety rules, procedure manuals, and diagrams

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience helpful but not necessary
• Riding pallet Jack experience preferred, not required
