About The Position

We are thrilled to present an enticing opportunity for a Driver Helper to join our esteemed DO & CO team in Redondo Beach, CA. About DO & CO We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every elevated floor and in the sky. With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage through a substantial workload.
• Able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
• Able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Transport meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO Facilities and third party vendors, and the airport.
• Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO and airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling.
• Ensure flights are catered correctly at all times.
• Cater to DO & CO’s client’s airlines and handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and reports any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
• Comply with all LAX, CBP, DOT and all other applicable rules/regulations.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations and all applicable rules/regulations.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Supervisor to support business operations.
