Requirements

• Forklift Certification or willingness to become certified within 30 days.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 100 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to learn and identify various grades of lumber and building materials.
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
• Self-motivated and a strong team player.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and adjust approaches as needed.
• Respectful, friendly, and approachable customer focus.
• Punctual and committed to completing tasks by deadlines.
• Willingness to contribute and support the team.
• Initiative to guide others on work processes and familiarity with hand/power tools.

Nice To Haves

• Some computer experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a morning huddle to prioritize safety and discuss daily plans.
• Build trim packs and pull materials onto a cart to fulfill orders.
• Stock up for the next day and tidy up the warehouse.
• Assist drivers by checking delivery routes and loading trailers.
• Help drivers navigate and unload materials efficiently at job sites.
• Maintain safety and assist in finding job sites in unfamiliar areas.
