About The Position

A Customer Service Assistant (CSA) is responsible for loading equipment onto trucks, guiding the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft, and moving equipment from the truck to the aircraft galley. The CSA plays a crucial role in ensuring that all catering activities are performed according to customer guidelines and safety regulations. This position requires teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Up to one-year experience preferred
• Current U.S. driver's license
• Must be able to read and write to complete required forms
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Assists Customer Service Representative (CSR) in catering aircraft
• Guides Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft safely and accurately
• Performs quality checks on all assigned flights
• Adds or subtracts meals for assigned flights
• Completes pre-trip truck inspection as directed
• Follows directions and works as a member of a team
• Completes paperwork and related administrative duties
