About The Position

The position is responsible for the delivery of full products to vendors, ensuring accurate sales records, and maintaining inventory and cash accountability in accordance with company policy. The role involves various essential duties including preparing for the delivery, performing vehicle inspections, servicing customers, and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of vending machines.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.
• General computer skills required.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Collect route book, money bags, change fund, price decals, POS, keys, unserved customer list, cleaning/tool kit, and trash bags before leaving the facility.
• Perform check out for the product on delivery truck as beginning inventory and ensure count matches inventory truck levels.
• Complete pre-trip inspection of the vehicle including checking fuel, oil, water levels, brakes, tires, lights, and adjusting mirrors.
• Service all scheduled customers for the day.
• Inspect the appearance of the vendor including lights, vend strips, and price decals.
• Greet decision makers at accounts and review all POS for cleanliness and proper price decals.
• Inspect the inside of the vendor, test the validator, clean the condenser, and check for damaged products.
• Fill the vendor to designated capacity, record meter fills, and collect money from the validator and changer.
• Address refund requests and test vend the vendor with coins.
• Correct any service issues before leaving the vendor and secure all equipment.
