Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 to 5 years of driving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid State Driver's License with no moving violations in the past 3 years.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a van/bus and understanding vehicular components.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with operating wheelchair lifts.

Responsibilities

• Transports residents to specified locations safely and efficiently.
• Operates the vehicle in a safe manner while complying with all traffic regulations.
• Assists residents with loading and unloading from the vehicle.
• Reports all incidents and accidents to the supervisor and completes necessary documentation.
• Regulates vehicle temperatures and lights for passenger comfort.
• Maintains an accurate trip log of fuel and mileage used per trip.
