Driver - Field Representative

The RCH® service mark represents the services provided by the nation's largest cable television retention company. We are currently seeking Field Representatives to service local and surrounding areas. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for driving to approximately 50 stops per day, which are assigned digitally through a mobile device. At each stop, your primary goal will be to engage with customers at their homes, recover digital equipment, or collect payments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention, and bonuses are available for drivers who demonstrate high levels of success in their performance. This position requires you to use your personal vehicle for business purposes, as you will be independently traveling to customers' homes. It is important to note that this is not an office or call center setting; you will be working in the field. To qualify for this role, you must have a clean and reliable vehicle, current vehicle insurance that meets minimum limits, and valid vehicle registration that matches your insurance coverage. A valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are also required. You will be expected to communicate with the Local Manager on a daily basis and maintain a neat and clean business casual appearance. Applicants will undergo a pre-employment drug screening and a criminal and driving background check. All candidates must meet the minimum requirements set by our clients. The work schedule is set for Tuesday through Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week. The pay for this position is $18 per hour, with additional performance-based bonuses available to help offset fuel and vehicle costs. Benefits will be available after 60 days of employment, and training will be provided.
