About The Position

Smash My Trash is looking to add a Driver/Equipment Operator to their team. Smash My Trash delivers innovative waste solutions to commercial, industrial, and construction companies nationwide. With 500+ locations across the U.S., we’re rapidly expanding thanks to our technology that cuts dumpster hauls by up to 70%. We serve manufacturers, distributors, contractors, freight companies, and virtually any business using 20–40 yard open-top dumpsters. Learn more at www.smashmytrash.com The Driver / Equipment Operator operates our state-of-the-art Smash Trucks to compact dumpsters safely and efficiently at customer sites across Cumberland, York, Dauphin, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties. You’ll handle daily inspections, light maintenance, and keep the truck in top shape. As the face of our business, you’ll deliver excellent service, build customer relationships, and support the sales team with route planning and on-site demos. Hands-on training is provided to master truck operations, equipment use, and preventative maintenance, ensuring you’re set up for success. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL preferred, but not required).
• Able to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic; dependable and safety-focused.
• Self-starter with solid communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Class 6 trucks and hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities
