About The Position

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, and Fleet support services for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles. This position supports NSWCPD Code 24 which is responsible for program management, engineering, technical, and logistics support for Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems on U.S. Navy Submarines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least three (3) years of experience with development, updating, and tracking of ILS or work-package databases for Navy systems and equipment.
• An active DoD Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Navy and/or NAVSEA experience.
• 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect classified and unclassified program technical information, which shall consist at a minimum of technical specifications and engineering drawings and diagrams from various Naval activity and agency locations, and prepare the information for proper transfer to the assigned agency.
• Transport and deliver documents (unclassified, For Official Use Only (FOUO), Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals (NOFORN), and classified up to SECRET level) in the most expeditious method available in accordance with all security requirements.
• Maintain a database of these courier-work-packages in order to track status of work packages.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
