About The Position

Driver Hiring Now! Aegis of Issaquah is looking for a Driver/Concierge to provide transportation for our residents to medical appointments and resident outings via town car or para-transit vehicle and provide exceptional customer service to our resident, guests, and families Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday/Thursday are as a Concierge Tuesday/Wednesday are as a Driver The Driver is responsible for inspecting the vehicles and keeping them properly fueled and clean. When not driving, the Driver will report to the community for other assigned tasks including assistance with resident activities and light maintenance duties. Requirements

  • A valid state driver’s license, clean driving record, and any specialized licenses (or the willingness and capability to acquire) required to operate multi-passenger vehicles
  • Experience working with the senior population
  • Skilled at building relationships with residents
  • Good navigational skills
  • Compassionate and positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and think quickly under stressful situations
  • Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Must meet State requirements on criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Test that includes marijuana.
  • Must be a minimum age of 25 years of age transport residents and run errands fort the community.
  • Must be willing to take 2-step TB test

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred previous experience working as a Receptionist/Concierge and/or supervisory role

  • Coordinate medical appointments and family outings with Care and Nursing Staff
  • Support the smooth operation for the Marketing Department and Office Manager
  • In depth familiarity with the community layout and employees’ responsibilities
