About The Position
As a Driver/Cleaner at FCS Facility Services, you will be an integral part of our cleaning team, responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to uphold the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our clients' premises. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and dedicated to delivering outstanding cleaning results while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and flexibility to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods and procedures.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
- Be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Trash Removal: Use company vehicle to collect trash from 10 designated points for our client.
