Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry! Johnson Brothers is seeking a Driver Check-In Specialist for our St. Paul location. This position is responsible for performing Driver Check-In duties at the St. Paul facility. This position is also responsible for running End of Week/End of Month programs, payment application, credit entry, collections, and other duties as assigned. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 10AM-6:30PM.

  • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience - Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit functions preferred.
  • Computer Skills - Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet applications; I Series/AS400 experience preferred; 10 key typing skills
  • Data Entry – Ability to accurately enter large quantities of data; One year experience preferred
  • Other Requirements - Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in delivery drivers’ routes verifying for accuracy and completeness.
  • Run End of Week/End of Month programs.
  • Post check payments to customers’ accounts.
  • Enter, verify, process, and print credits due to our customers.
  • Monitor amounts due to the organization and conduct B2B collection calls to solicit payment on overdue accounts.
  • Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers, sales, warehouse, delivery, customer service, and management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and established credit policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
