About The Position

DO & CO is a global gourmet entertainment company with three business segments: Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels. They operate in 33 locations across 12 countries and 3 continents, maintaining high standards of quality in both products and services. This role is for a dynamic, energetic, and eager CDL Driver in Des Plaines, IL, responsible for transporting meals, meal carts, and equipment between DO & CO facilities, third-party vendors, and the airport, ensuring flights are catered correctly and vehicles are maintained in full working condition.

Requirements

Must have CDL Class A or B License

Responsibilities

Transport of meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO Facilities and third party vendors, and the airport.
Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO and airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling.
Ensure flights are catered correctly at all times.
Cater to DO & CO’s client’s airlines and handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely
Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and reports any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
Comply with all applicable rules/regulations.
Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
