Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $36.00 for CDL A plus $1.00 / hour night shift differential for a total of $37.00 / hour. In addition, $1.00 / hour paid for doubles endorsement for a total of $38.00 / hour. Line Haul CDL A Drivers are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $6,000 with $3,000 paid in 90 days and $3,000 paid in 180 days. Health care benefits are company-paid. The shift is Mon – Thurs from 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Four-day work week, home each day, no overnight stays. Overview The Line Haul Driver Class A is responsible for delivering products from the Shakopee warehouse to the warehouse/depot in North Dakota or South Dakota, and back to Shakopee each shift. Four 10-hour shifts starting 9:00 PM, Monday - Thursday plus OT as needed, home daily. Inspect the general condition of the vehicle; unload, operate, and clean the vehicle.
