About The Position

Drives truck and delivers products to customers providing the highest levels of customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED);or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CDL license is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Commercial Driver License, and a clean MVR report.
• Driving, reading road signs, maps, logos on cases and invoices.
• Must be able to get in and out of truck.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads vehicles by hand or by use of hand truck or dolly.
• Delivers and stacks merchandise in customer's place of business.
• Makes changes, and records transactions on customer receipt.
• Collects or picks up empty cases and bottles
• Always keeps truck clean and abides by all applicable laws
• Obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
• Picks up and returns empty boxes to the warehouse.
• Performs daily inspections on truck, check oil and water level.
• Must have a cell phone to call the warehouse to report the status of the delivery stops and the credit department regarding COD orders.
• Must abide by all State credit laws regarding COD's.
