As a CBRE Driver, you will provide transportation as requested by the business. This includes picking up and delivering materials or individuals to a specified location. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7A - 3:30P.

  • Provide world-class transportation and customer service to office personnel, visitors, and clients.
  • Operate a box truck to efficiently fulfill orders, move equipment, and deliver products to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Keep travel logs and service records as required.
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and make minor repairs as needed.
  • May perform miscellaneous errands.
  • Train and mentor new and current peers on duties and procedures.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders.
  • Must be able to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
