The position involves delivering products to various types of customers, including those in the Foodservice sector. The individual will drive a delivery vehicle and is responsible for the ongoing rotation and stocking of products on store shelves, displays, coolers, and vending equipment. Additionally, the role includes building small displays and setting up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. The employee will generate invoices and is responsible for the daily settlement of cash and charges. Frequent interaction with store management and receiving personnel is required for the acceptance of loads. The job entails lifting and loading cases weighing between 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours, as well as pushing and pulling loads ranging from 40 to 150 pounds occasionally. The position also requires physical activities such as reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store. Unloading pallets of products from the delivery vehicle will be done using an electronic pallet jack or a two-wheel hand truck, with the products placed in a designated area in the store's backroom.
