Responsibilities
- Provide complimentary guest services including transportation, luggage pick-up and delivery, and rooming guests.
- Accurately tag, track, and monitor guest's items in various storage areas while efficiently transferring luggage to and from guest's rooms.
- Provide transportation to various airport, train stations, and local trips in all weather conditions.
- Safely and efficiently drive and park guests' luxury vehicles.
- Deliver guest supplies to guest rooms.
- Assist in snow removal on vehicles as needed.
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance and cleanliness checks.
Requirements
- One to two years of related experience in a similar role.
- Valid MA State Driver's License with a clean driving record to meet Group A Driving Requirements.
