Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver's license with no moving violations for the previous 3 years.
• Good communication skills and an aptitude for guest service.
• Ability to work with constant schedule changes.
• Self-motivated.
• Physically able to handle guest luggage.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the Canyon Ranch property and local/regional area.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Hospitality Ambassador when meeting and greeting guests.
• Provide assistance with luggage, deliveries, and rides around the Ranch.
• Greet guests upon arrival from the airport or hotels and welcome them to the locale and Canyon Ranch.
• Provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure.
• Perform on-property deliveries (dry cleaning, flowers, etc.).
• Valet vehicles upon request for arriving and departing guests.
• Transport vehicles to guests' rooms upon arrival.
