About The Position

We are seeking safety-minded drivers for part-time positions in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. This role requires a commitment of 10+ hours a week, with mandatory shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. The position offers a $500 sign-up bonus and pays $20 per hour. Drivers will interact with riders and internal team members daily, providing feedback to improve ride comfort and the overall rider experience. This is a year-round position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• At least 3 years of driving experience with a clean record
• Comfortable driving autonomous vehicles
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Comfortable assisting passengers with mobility needs
• Organized, methodical, and good at following procedures
• Able to stay calm under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronics, mechanical components, or computers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Interact with riders and internal team members daily
• Provide feedback to improve ride comfort and the overall rider experience
• Perform daily safety checks on vehicles
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles regularly or as needed
• Drive according to all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Assist riders, including pushing individuals in wheelchairs up a ramp and into the vehicle
• Document your activities and observations clearly and consistently
• Complete other duties as assigned
