About The Position

You’ll assist drivers in delivering tortillas to restaurants and stores, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Shifts are 10 to 12 hours long (Indianapolis Location).
• Must be available to travel outside the state and stay overnight depending on route needs (Indianapolis Location).
• Days off are on Tuesdays (Indianapolis Location).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Verify and organize delivery items to ensure accuracy before departure.
• Deliver tortillas to restaurants, stores, and other customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Handle invoices, receipts, and other paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle during and after each route.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Assist with mapping and navigating delivery routes.
• Follow safety protocols during handling and delivery.
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking items.
• Support drivers in handling on-the-road issues or schedule changes.
