About The Position

This role will Assist driver with onsite segregation of waste and packaging and videotaping and destruction of DEA Controls. The position requires up to 75% overnight travel based on routes and involves regular contact with external customers and different levels of personnel on a daily basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Candidate must meet all requirements for handling DEA regulated waste.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA Regulations.
• Proficiency with Windows based programs (i.e. Excel and Word).
• Ability to operate a powered industrial truck, e.g., forklift.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as a witness at customer locations where DEA controlled substances are involved.
• Ride along with a CDL Driver to assist with duties at their stops.
• Video the destruction process of DEA controlled substances and upload video into employer system.
• Load containers and supplies to truck for daily service stops.
• May assist in maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with appropriate regulations and policies, practices, and procedures.
• Follow all Health & Safety/Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) procedures as outlined in procedures and policies.
• Complete paperwork legibly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Perform related work and additional duties as requested or assigned by supervisor/manager.
