About The Position

Temco Logistics, a rapidly expanding appliance delivery and installation company in the U.S., is seeking motivated individuals for a Driver & Appliance Installer role. This full-time position involves operating a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes, loading, delivering, and installing various household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and cooktops. The role requires safely handling equipment, connecting basic water lines, valves, and electrical components, and using mobile devices for delivery confirmations and record-keeping. Exceptional customer service is paramount when interacting with homeowners, builders, and clients. Additionally, the installer will be responsible for performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

MUST be 21+ years of age
Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement

Nice To Haves

Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).

Responsibilities

Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
