The Food Bank of the Rockies Driver 1 Non-CDL will be involved with many driving assignments such as Partner Agency orders, Donor pickups, Food Drive pickups, Grocery Rescue routes, The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)/Everyday Eats routes, and occasionally Mobile Pantry routes. The Driver 1 Non-CDL is responsible for pickup and delivery of food products, supplies, and materials to various sites; as well as loading and unloading products from trucks. Driving vans, food trucks, and 26’ Box Trucks less than 26,000lbs GVWR. This role regularly interacts with volunteers, partner agencies, donors, and the general public. The Food Bank’s team is dedicated to creating an efficient food distribution network to reduce and help end hunger across the state.
