As a Drive Up & Go Manager, you’ll guide our in‑store online grocery operations and help create a seamless, accurate, and customer‑focused digital shopping experience. This is a fully in‑store, onsite position based inside our retail grocery location.

Requirements

  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting.
  • Customer‑first mindset.
  • Basic computer skills; food safety knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs; HS diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach 10–30 associates.
  • Oversee picking, packing, staging, and handoff.
  • Ensure food safety and department cleanliness.
  • Monitor metrics, labor, and slot capacity.
  • Resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Partner with store leadership on scheduling and training.
