About The Position

The Drive-Thru Director at our restaurant will work within our leadership team overseeing the systems, performance, hospitality, and accuracy of our Drive-Thru throughout each depart. This role focuses on developing others, thinking systematically to develop and maintain systems and equipment, and review metrics surrounding our drive-thru and hospitality. As a member of our leadership team, this role will assist in helping us foster culture of excellence, kindness, and teamwork. This role will assist in ensuring standards of food safety and operational excellence, managing inventory and equipment, as well as creating and implementing systems of overall growth and success. The Director will work alongside a highly motivated, creative, driven, and highly-supportive leadership team to run efficient and productive shifts and grow a healthy organization. Requirements

  • Prior successful experience in leadership/management roles in a fast paced environment will be essential for your success
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Flexible schedule - including working on Saturdays, mornings, and evenings (we are closed Sunday)
  • Dedication to cleanliness, organization, and operational compliance at all times
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other leaders and team members
  • Consistency in executing restaurant recipes and systems
  • Ability to handle high expectations and accountability in a high demand and fast-paced environment
