The Drive-Thru Coordinator is responsible for leading the drive-thru team to ensure efficient, accurate, and friendly service. You will oversee operations of the drive-thru, provide team support, and ensure that guests receive the signature Chick-fil-A service we're known for.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Strong commitment to superior customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a leadership or fast-paced restaurant role preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, servant-hearted demeanor
Passion for personal growth and helping others succeed
Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds on a regular basis
Full-time commitment with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, nights, and Saturdays to accommodate operational needs within a 40-hour-per-week schedule

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate drive-thru operations during peak and non-peak hours
Ensure fast, accurate, and courteous service to every guest
Proactively solve problems and handle guest concerns with care and urgency
Monitor order accuracy, drive-thru speed, and guest satisfaction
Communicate clearly with front- and back-of-house teams to maintain flow and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all drive-thru areas
Train, coach, and mentor team members and leaders to perform at a high level and achieve the drive-thru goals
Assist with training new drive-thru team members and mentoring team members who are in the leadership development program
Collaborate with other Leaders, Directors, and the Operator to drive business results and achieve strategic goals
Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment focused on care and accountability
Open and/or close, lead shifts, be a key holder
Count drawers and finalize day
Uphold Chick-fil-A brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence
