Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive service environment, with prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair techniques, and service software.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in automotive technology or business management is often preferred.
  • All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly, handle complaints tactfully, and maintain high CSI scores.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and lot attendants.
  • Manage the appointment schedule, optimize shop capacity, and monitor repair progress.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, production, and service metrics (e.g., hours per repair order).
  • Review repair orders for accuracy, compliance with manufacturer warranty, and safety standards.
  • Enforce OSHA regulations and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
