About The Position
Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are Property Inspectors who are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. They determine if a property is occupied or vacant, rate the property condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, and take photos using a smartphone. Inspectors fill out forms using a mobile app and answer multiple choice questions regarding the property's condition.
